A.      Use Check Boxes  are used to select things such as add-on amounts or percentages. If a use box is checked, the amount or percent in the appropriate box will be added to the price or add-on. If a use box is unchecked, the amount will not be added.

B.      Add Percentage to selling price is a percentage that will be added to the selling price. This amount would be used if you were selling items and wanted the price of the tags to include some type of a tax. Enter the percentage you want to add as a whole number, there is no need to move the decimal point. For example to add 4.25% enter 4.25 into the appropriate box.  Add-on amounts and percentages are only added to products that have a unit of "SqYd" or "SqFt" items with any other unit, the add-on will not be added.

C.      Add-on Amount 1  is an amount that will be added to the selling price of items. This amount would be used if you were selling items and wanted the price of the tags to include additional items such as installation. Add-on amounts and percentages are only added to products that have a unit of "SqYd" or "SqFt" items with any other unit, the add-on will not be added.

D.      Add percentage to Add-on 1 is used to add a percentage to the add-on amount 1 (C.).  This option could be used if you want the "add-on amount 1" to include a tax just on that add-on amount but not the entire price of items. Enter the percentage you want to add as a whole number, there is no need to move the decimal point. For example to add 4.25% enter 4.25 into the appropriate box.  Add-on amounts and percentages are only added to products that have a unit of "SqYd" or "SqFt" items with any other unit, the add-on will not be added.

E.       Add-on Amount 2  is an additional amount(just like Add-on Amount 1) that will be added to the selling price of items. This amount would be used if you need to add 2 amount to the selling price; one is a taxable item and the second add-on is non-taxable. Add-on amounts and percentages are only added to products that have a unit of "SqYd" or "SqFt" items with any other unit, the add-on will not be added.

F.       Add percentage to Add-on 2 is used to add a percentage to the add-on amount 2 (E.).  This option could be used if you want the "add-on amount 2" to include a tax just on that add-on amount but not the entire price of items. Enter the percentage you want to add as a whole number, there is no need to move the decimal point. For example to add 4.25% enter 4.25 into the appropriate box.  Add-on amounts and percentages are only added to products that have a unit of "SqYd" or "SqFt" items with any other unit, the add-on will not be added.

G.     Units of add-on amounts allows you to specify the units of the add-on amounts.

H.     Custom Message line 1 allows you to add custom text to your tags. The total number of characters (along with the size of the tag) in the custom message will determine the size of the font on the tags.

I.        Custom Message line 2  is the same as "custom message line 1" except that it is displayed below  "CM line 1". Note: not all tags use the second custom message due to the limited amount of space on some tags.

J.        Additional Sample Location Information is used if you have more than one sample of the same item. An example of this could be a company that has more than one location, this feature allows you to track which sample belongs to which location by adding Information such as "Store 1" or "Store 2".

K.      OK Is used to accept the entries in the Options window and move to the next step of Showroom Tags.

L.       Cancel is used to cancel out of Showroom Tags. If you select cancel, showroom tags will completely close.

M.    Help is used to get information about the Options window. This feature requires an internet connection and will open the Showroom Tags web site http://www.showroomtags.com/.
